Baked fresh every morning at 3,500m. Fuel for the trail, warmth for the soul.
Est. 1989
Before the sun rises over the Annapurna peaks, our kitchen is already alive with the smell of fresh bread and brewing coffee. Every morning since 1989, we've been feeding trekkers, climbers, and guests with homemade bakes, hearty Nepali dishes, and the best apple pie on the circuit.
At 3,500 metres, altitude changes everything — including how dough rises. Our bakers have spent decades mastering high-altitude baking, producing loaves, pastries, and cakes that keep you warm and full on the coldest mountain mornings.
