Six warm dining spaces where Himalayan ingredients meet simple, honest cooking — 3,500 metres above the ordinary.
Our Philosophy
At 3,500 metres, a good meal is everything. After a day on the Annapurna Circuit, our dining rooms are a place to rest, refuel, and reconnect — over bowls of steaming dal, plates of fresh-baked bread, and cold craft beer beside a warm fire.
We cook with local ingredients: yak dairy from Manang's herders, apples from valley orchards, foraged mountain herbs, and spices carried up the trail. Everything on our table has a story rooted in this landscape.
